Based in Sukkur, we are committed to addressing social challenges through practical assistance and community empowerment. Message From The Chief Executive Director
At Management and Governance Network Society (MAGNETS), we believe that sustainable development begins with empowered communities, accountable systems, and inclusive governance. Since our inception, MAGNETS has remained committed to advancing social justice, human rights, and equitable access to opportunities for the most marginalized and underserved populations.
Our work is rooted in the principles of local leadership, community ownership, and evidence-based action. We strive to strengthen the capacity of individuals, community groups, and institutions to respond effectively to social, economic, and climate-related challenges. Through partnerships with civil society, government stakeholders, development actors, and grassroots networks, MAGNETS promotes solutions that are context-specific, gender-responsive, and sustainable.
MAGNETS focuses on key thematic areas including good governance, youth and women empowerment, education, health and SRHR, climate resilience, digital safety, and social protection. We prioritize inclusive approaches that amplify the voices of women, youth, persons with disabilities, senior citizens, and other vulnerable groups, ensuring that no one is left behind in the development process.

Management and Governance Network Society (MAGNETS Sindh) is a registered civil society organization working for sustainable social development and good governance in Sindh, Pakistan. Established in 2003 and registered in 2005 under the Society Registration Act, 1860, MAGNETS Sindh is committed to improving the social, economic, and human rights conditions of marginalized communities across rural and urban Sindh without discrimination.
